How do they do Live Search Maps 3D?

How do they accomplish this?
'Web browser and Live Maps are incompatible'

And do those clouds depict the actual overcast for a current weather
forecast?

I use Live Maps in 3D mode with Internet Explorer 7, 32 bit and 64 bit and
with FireFox 3.0.5. Everything works fine. In the past on another machine,
3D would not work because the video card couldn't support it. As for the
clouds, it is cloudy at the moment but not on Live Maps.

I meant, how does Microsoft...or whatever contract company that does
that technology...make the Virtual Earth 3D application.

I don't know why that link description says that my web browser is
"incompatible" when I paste the link on this site. But it works fine.
