| Re: How to enable Administrative Shares in Vista ?? Ok... You applied the registry tweak to the Vista computer, and ensured everything was spelling correctly/settings correctly? Windows should have logged an event in the security event log recording your attempted access and given more information as to why it wasn't allowed.
