how to grant myself permission

im having problems with my xp real playe
i cant burn more than 10 songs before the pop up say
-error try burning at a lower speed - 100

i tried it and it still isnt working
i also installed nero and i cant burn until i get permmission for the system admin, im the owner so how do i give myself permission

The error indicates the system or application is having a problem burning at
the current speed record speed so try to lower it. As to Nero, did you
install it in the user account from which you are trying to access it, is
the account an listed as a Limited account or Administrator account. Open
Control Panel/User Accounts to make sure the account into which you are
logged in is listed as an admin account.

During setup, did Nero ask you if you anything with regard to which users it
should be made available.

If you are logged onto the account in which Nero was installed and it is an
administrator account, you need to check with Nero about this issue.
Perhaps their website has tech papers that cover this or contact their tech
support: www.nero.com.
