How insert WMP9 Add-in in Frontpage 2000 ?

I'm working with Windows XP home Frontpage 2000 and WMP9
according to Microsoft details - I've downloaded WMP9 Add-in in ProgramFiles\Windows Media Player and installed -
try to insert WMP9 Add-in in Frontpage under Insert/Extra tool - receive Welcome to WMP - but you have not
installed WMP on your system - already installed WMP9 three times - without success -
I've also tried to bring same WMP9 add-in folder under \Program Files\Microsoft Office\ - same result -
tried also to copy and paste directly in Frontpage without success, reaction: WMP9 can not be loaded !
the Windows Media Encoder 9 series has also been downloaded -
could you give me some practical advise to activate WMP9 add-in Frontpage - thanks a lot
