Default How much would a good new graphics card improve a PC's performance?

Windows Vista Ultimate. Pentium 4 3.0 GHZ. 180 GB. 1 GB RAM. Intel Graphics in Motherboard 64 MB. Everything scores >3.5 on the Windows Experience Rating but the Graphics.
