| Load the beta and so far so good but when it installed it automatically kept my previous OS (XP x64). Don't have much room left on my C drive and want to test run my programs. I know I can just delete the windows.old directory but how do I edit the bootloader? | Guest

| That XP Pro x64 I can guarantee you is not bootable. Use VistaBootPRO to edit the Boot Manager. http://www.vistabootpro.org/ -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta "Mark" <Mark@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:AD900B05-BC48-4AC7-A784-F1B3CB334E0B@microsoft.com... you want to remove Vista ... First note YOUR config, then go here: http://www.pro-networks.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=74987 #2. Where one has DUAL BOOTED with another operating system #3 starts ... To remove Windows Vista from a MULTI-BOOT environment where it has been installed on a system containing two or more other "Legacy" operating systems, and with Windows Vista still fully installed, insert your Windows XP CD into your CD/DVD Drive and reboot.... etc Bobb | Guest
