How to restrict programs running in limited accounts?

I have Windows XP Pro with three user accounts, one Admin and two
limited. Some of my software does not need to run or be available in
limited accounts. Some start as services, other are applications such as
third party browsers which I do not want to be available or seen in
limited accounts.

I know with some installations, I have the options of installing for all
users or just administrator account. How do I change this after having
installed an application?. How do I prevent services running in limited
accounts that are not required?

Any advice or links please. Cant find answer on MS Knowledge base?
