How to enable instal driver found balloon

I have Microsoft Mobile Memory 8000 mouse. I installed soft and al
worked great, but every time after inserting 1 GB usb pe
adapter-balloon was popping up and Vista asked me to install driver fo
it witch was really irritating. At the bottom of balloon was optio
"don't ask to install driver for these device" witch I marked and kno
it is not working at all and I don't see balloon at all.After insertin
usb pen nothing happening.
Please help me to get my mouse top work.
I reinstall and install software, but look like it is still ignorin
my device. All other devices work properly including 1gb memory flas
pen. Please help me
