please give me instructions that how can i install vista on my pc. my actual
problem is that .iso file is now starting setup after burning it on a dvd.

Instead of making a DVD with the .iso file on it, tell your DVD burningsoftware that the .iso file is an image of the whole DVD, ready to burn.
You will get a DVD with lots of files and directories on it.
