How to reallocate an IRQ in XP

Hi,

I have XP Pro and I have a creative web cam 5 device that does not work
ever since I have changed mobos. It does still work on other computers.

I have checked everything, have the latest drivers etc., and all I can
see is that IRQ 16 is shared by the..

Geforce2 MX/MX400 display card and the Intel(R) 82801DB/DBM USB
Universal Host Controller - 24C2

I wish to change one of these to say 17 which is free, but how, as it
seems the manual way to change settings in Dev Mgr is grayed out for auto.
