how to stop popping message "THIS DOCUMENT FAILED TO PRINT"

hi all,
I have customized language monitor . When my printer shows
BUSY status in job queue, a pop appears in bottom of the desktop
as"This Document failed to print",Is there anyway to stop popping of
the message..
My question is there any API to control the message "This Document
failed to print".
