How to Upgrade to Vista?

Hi, I´ve an XP and I have a DVD of Vista Upgrade but when I try to explore de
DVD it only has a Readme File !!! How can I upgrade my Windows to Vista?

Hi Cristian,

Boot into XP and insert the Vista DVD. If autoplay doesn't run, right click
it in Windows Explorer and run it. Follow the prompts.
