HP Photosmart 7350 Printer new driver crashes XP

I installed and uninstalled and installed again the new
drivers from HP for windows XP for my 7350 printer,
however when I connect the USB cable and boot my computer
it crashes before you can even log in. I have to
disconnect the USB cable in order to boot my computer. I
also have a HP 890C printer connected to LPT1, however I
can not get it to print. Whats up with XP and how can I
solve these problems?

I would very much appreicate any help!!

Did you do a complete uninstall as per:
