hp psc 750 printer

why does my printer print photos on regular paper ok but
when I use glossy printer paper it may print 1/2 a picture
maybe 3/4 of the picture and sometimes I can print the
whole picture. The printer will start printing but just
quits printing wherever and a printer error comes up. The
printer says it printing but the computer says printer has
been disconnect. I've been on the phone to HP but they
know say its a Windows XP problem. Any help? Thanks

Try one more COMPLETE uninstall and reinstall:

George, I have the same printer and I had to give up color
photos on the photo paper. The most that I was able to
print was 3 to 3 1/2 8x10's and some pigment or other would
be gone from the cartridge. At $40 a crack for color cartridges
I just go to the local kiosk with a cdrom and let them put them
on paper. Whether this is the problem or not I don't know for
sure. Just my experience with the HP psc750.
