HelloThat printer is has supported driver in XP, maybe she can update the drivers
in the device manager and that will work.
My printer got to where it wouldn't eject the paper the other day and I
removed and reinstalled the drivers and that fixed it. (so far anyway)....

Funny the XP driver is on HP web site, took me a whole minute and a half tofind:

She has corrupted drivers. Tell her to do a COMPLETE uninstall andreinstall as per
