This feature is part of the driver component package. HP decided not to
re-write drivers for this old and very discontinued printer, Microsoft
included basic drivers so that you could still print but they may not have
all the features you were used to.
I don't have any HP printers to confirm, but many folks have posted here
that the files at
www.fineprint.com will let you regain the features you
lost.
