Hi, Mamena1976. Do not go to welcome screen to change user.
1. click START button. At the bottom of the menu, last one on the right ,
there is an arrow pointing > this way. Click that arrow, you'll see a little
box, at the top of the box it says SWITH USER . Click that.
2. Now the screen should show ALL the users on your computer. You can pick
whichever user's account you want. You will be asked to enter the password of
that user, but you knew that.
I use windows vista home premium as well. So, trust me. If you are , for
some unknown reasons, unable to logon, e-mail me. I'll be glad to work this
out with you.

if you want to switch user, you need to be logged in on an account, then go
to start and click on the arrow to the right and when the menu pops up click
on swith user or log off. when you do that, you will be brought to the login
screen and you can then log in with a different account. To get back to the
other account do the same steps.
