| I get a message saying 'The command failed to execute'. It then takes me to the communities group with a suggestion to buy Outlook 2003!! Has anyone got a better solution. I can't access any attachments on new mails or existing ones since the upgrade to Vista. Thanks in advance David | Guest

| Make sure you don't have antivirus software set to scan email. That seems to be causing many problems for WinMail users. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 It seems to be worse for WinMail in some respects. Also see point 1 on that page to make sure you have attachment saving permitted. steve "David Jeffery" <david.jeffery@btinternet.com> wrote in message news:Ojt7693XHHA.4220@TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl...
