I can't see any of my user accounts on start up

I had to reinstall XP on my computer because a worm was eating some of my DLLs. After the reinstallation, i restarted, and couldn't view any of my user accounts on start up. It's just a blank screen. I can't click on anything and can't get into windows. Please help, this is a very frustrating problem
