Default I get 'access denied' when choosing the link sans download manager

what am I doing wrong?

Actually, it was something in the cookies or temporary internet files. After
clearing those out, it worked

Well, Ctrl+F5 also works - forces the page to be refreshed )

well i am getting access to the server nearly everytime now, but the 64 bit
version is coming down as a 14mb file

anyone help please
