I have a problem with my screen...

while i'm using my computer my screen goes completely white!!
I'm sure it's not a screen issue because when the screen goes white my
computer stops running, it doesn't make anysound at all anymore (it becomes
just flat), for example if i have my music on it stops as well, so this
things made me sure that this problem has nothing to do with my screen.
i thought it could be a RAM issue, or my display card, but anyway i have no
idea what is wrong with my computer!!!! anyway this problem can start after
an hour, two hours or 10 minuts i started windows so there is not an exact
moment when this problem occurs.
please if you have anyidea what this problem could come from help me writing
your ideas and i will try them

Have you done anything to see if it is a ram or video card issue?
If not do so.
Also check the pc isn't getting to hot, give it a good clean inside and make
sure all fans are working ok.
