To do this click start>control panel>network & internet>internet
options>advanced tab>then click reset. This will return IE7 to its
original settings and may help you.

Try - Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - IE with NO ADDONsif this works you have something running causing an issue with IE.
If it doesn't then you really have something running causing an issue.
