IDCS2 file print set-up envelope returnaddress to print on an Epson R1800

How do I set up the print dialogue box in IDCS2 when trying to print a return address on an envelope that measures w: 9.5" x h: 4.125"? None of the print settings I've tried seem to work. I've also tried putting the blank envelope in the printer every which-a way, but so far no luck. cm
