Default IE 7

I downloaded and installed IE7 Beta.
Firstly, I lost my IE icon, so the only way to get on line is to go to word
and create a hyperlink.
I do this and I get an error, an unexpected error has occurred.
Can anyone help?

Thanks

Hello,

You can always create another icon if you've lost, or deleted your previous
icon. There are many ways of doing this. Firstly you can create a copy of
the icon in your start menu and place it where ever you want. Or you can
navigate to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe (provided you
installed it there) and create a shortcut over there. Or you can right click
on the desktop (or wherever you want the application to be placed) > New >
Shortcut > then in the input box type in C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe > click Next > Type in a name > click Finish.

Default Re: IE 7

Go to Display in Control Panel.
Click on Desktop and then Customize Desktop
Make sure Internet Explorer is ticked off and then
hit Apply and OK. IE icon should be back on desktop
