IE7 and changes in reg

Under IE in Vista I have installed Adobes Flash player, which is working
fine but when I surf sites that use it for banners it keeps asking go accept
a chance the seems like a reg chance, but I aint 100% sure. The sigh tell me
I can solve it through account control but I cant figure out a solution, can
someone help me with this one?
