| Since a recent MS update download, IE7 has been unable to open one web site that I visit regularly. I have tried all the fixes recommended by Windows help with no success. I removed each update one at a time, but that did not resolve the issue. I consulted wih the web site's web master, but he was unable to help resolve the issue, and suggested that it might have to do with firewall protection. I suspect that Norton (v.10.4.0.13) may have something to do with the problem, but turning off all Norton features did not help. I have read similar questions in some other discussion groups, and tried their recommended solutions to no avail. This is not an emergency situation, but it is aggravating, and there might be other sites unavailable for the same reason. If anyone has suggestions, I'll give them a try. | Guest

| I'm having the same problem. Tried all the recommended fixes - including turning Norton off. Nothing's worked so far! Thankfully it's only site that's affected and I can access it on another computer. "dacoper" wrote: Quote:
