IE7 Runtime Error!

I am getting error message as follows:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.exe
Abnormal program termination.

I disabled all addons to IE7 but to no avail.
