IIS and Second IP address

Posted: 11-26-2006, 11:31 PM
Has anyone had success in binding a second IP address with IIS 7 and VISTA?

I have tried to bind 2 IP addresses- and I can do so successfully using
either one. But when I try to add the second one it does not bind.

Try disabling IIS 7 and installing Apache, works fine for me.

Thanks for replying Rob- I could try Apache as a work around- I know how to
get around in IIS- I just as soon not have to learn Apache as well :-)

I am really curious if anyone has actually tried to bind 2 IP addresses with
IIS 7. Anyone willing to try????

Just curious, could you even do that with 5.1 in XP?
