I'm Hearing Voices!

I dont know if this is part of my messenger services (I
use AIM and Yahoo!) but this is wierd. I'm sitting there
minding my own business and all of a sudden I get
a "commercial" playing through my speakers! Sometimes it
plays like 3 times in a row. Nothing is happening on my
computer (pop-ups, Internet Explorer, etc.) to cause it to
happen. Is this a piece of spy-ware? How do I track it?
Is it a messenger setting? Please someone help me out! I
get tired of listening to Dora the Explorer and Wheel of
Fortune ads!
