IMAGE OLEAUT32.DLL IS POSSIBLY CORRUPT!

My computer keeps rebooting over and over. It tries to
get into the desktop and then I get the message "Bad Image
Checksum. The image oleaut32.dll is possibly corrupt.
The header checksum does not equal the computed checksum"

Anyone know how to fix?
