Incomplete printing. HELP!

Posted: 02-10-2004, 09:16 PM
I have gone through all the troubleshooting with both XP
and HP for my deskjet 935c and I am still having the same
problem. I have the most current driver, have uninstalled
and reinstalled the printer, and whatever else is in the
troubleshooter. My test page doesn't even print
completely. Any other suggestions?

Did you include Step 4 in your uninstall

If you missed it out, all you did was reinstall the corrupted drivers.

Thanks Cari! I did skip step 4 somehow! But you already
knew that, huh? Anyway, it now will print some items
completely, but others only partially? Any other ideas?

Do one more uninstall and reinstall... seems like you've still got something
corrupted in there.....

Latest software is at HP's website at

Hi Cari--Thank you for the advice. I did another uninstall
and reinstall---same problem. Then I connected to an old
cpu---printed fine;printed over our network at school and
printed fine. When I connected back to my new cpu---still
incomplete printing. What else?
