Default Increasing MTU for UDP

We are testing UDP/IP from XP to/from a remote target. We
can send packets > 1500 from XP to the target, but when we
send them back they don't make it. We would like to
increase the MTU for IP from 1500 to 8192.

Default Increasing MTU for UDP

Keep in mind that any packet over 1500 will get
fragmented or if it can not be fragmented, because of
flags, then it will probably be droped for security
reasons.
