Insert Date & Time - Wrong Date

Posted: 10-21-2003, 11:05 PM
Greets -

Using Word 2001, one of our users selects Insert:Date and Time, and
half the time the date shows up one day earlier than it should. I've
double-checked that the Date & Time control panel is correct; not sure
what else to look at. Any ideas?

Thanks,
z

Hi Z,

If you're sure the System Date & Time are set correctly, then I don't have a
clue what's going on, but try rebuilding the desktop and see if that helps.

1, Check Time Zone in control panel.

2, Check that AM/PM is correct in Date & Time. It sounds like she might be
12 hrs, off.

Nope; has been checked relentlessly. Very odd.
