Install Vista Business 64 on machine with Vista Home Premium 64 on it

I have a machine that came with Vista Home Premium 64 on it. Can I
upgrade using my new copy of Vista Business 64?

Will I lose the "Home" features that came with Home Premium?

No you cannot upgrade, as Home Premium to Business Edition is not considered
an upgrade. And yes, when you install the Business Edition you will lose
all the consumer features of Vista Home Premium.

You can do an upgrade, but 64 bit Vista will only do a clean
install. You should have bought Vista Ultimate 64 upgrade.
Ultimate usually costs the same, or less than Business, and
contains the combined features of Home Premium and
Business.
