Installation failiure---VMware

I just downloaded the latest version of Vista, the Beta 2, and decided to run
it on a virtual drive. I'm using the latest version of VMware Workstation. I
get to the main install screen, enter my product key, and a message appears,
stating "Setup failed to open the Windows image file". I started a new
partition using the DISKPART command, but it doesnt help. I tried using bot
Nero Imagedrive and Daemon tools to run the ISO file, but either way, the
message still comes up. Can anyone here tell me what the problem is, and how
I could fix it?
