Installation of Vista failed !!!

Hi, need help
i can not instal vista:

After typing in the Key the following Window appears : ( In German )

"Die Windows-Abbilddatei konnte nicht gefunden werden"

i think : "Couldn't find the Windows-Imagefile"

Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
