Hi David

Try this

Start>Run - then type in "services.msc" - without the quotes. Scroll down to both of the following services and make sure that they are both running:

Remote Procedure Call
Windows Installer

If either of those Services isn't running, right click on it and select 'Start'.

Try your install again.
