Default installing

I ca't install acrobat reader 6.o it tells me there is an
eror and has to close, then my screen goes white. HELP

First, run a virus check on your system.

Then, try downloading Acrobat reader again as the download you have may be
corrupted; www.adobe.com.

If that fails, try installing in safe mode. Reboot the computer, start
tapping F8, when the menu appears, select Safe Mode and press enter. Once
in safe mode try installing there.

A year ago i installed win.xp. Because, since than i have problems, i
decided to buy and install the original win.xp profesional.
Can i do this without formatting?

Default installing

Having a dilley of a time installing......it tells
me....because of errors during processing documents and
other files were left in C:\user~tmp.@o1.......then it
has errors with .net framework needs to be
installed......need instructions on how to fix things....
