installing drivers

Would anyone have an idea as for where to find drivers for fujitsu siemens
laptop AMILO A7640 ? It seems that no drivers have been made for Vista
Do you think there is a way to get around it or is there no chance to run
vista on an amilo laptop? Below are some specs. Any help more than
appreciated.

Hi
I have just installed the latest nvidia drivers for vista 2 and all that it
has updated is my audio drivers, I still have multimedia controller,
multimedia video controller, unknown device (pci bus) and usb port left in
other devices in device manager.

what do I have to install to clear these?
