Installing PHP and Apache

Hey there, I'm a free lancing website designer and I'm in the process o
learning PHP. unfortunatly i cant get PHP to work. When i try t
manually configure the httpd.conf its saying i dont have administrato
power and there is no run as administrator option either

can someone help me

Go to Start/Accessories/Command Prompt, right click and select "Run as
Administrator", then run the configuration program.
