Installing Software as User w/ Admin Privileges

Default Installing Software as User w/ Admin Privileges

When I install software onto my home PC logged in as a
user with administrator privileges, other users on the
same computer (my wife) can't access that software. How
can I give other users access to software installed as an
admin user?
