installing vista beta from xp (update)

Default installing vista beta from xp (update)

Hi,, I'm trying to install vista as an update from xp and when I try the auto
start it tells my it is not a valid win32 apl.. is there anything I can do

You can't Vista x64 setup from within Windows XP which a 32 bit operating
system, you have boot from the DVD.

Hey Andre thx for your help again, I tried to boot the disk and everything
goes ok untill it starts to install it. it cant find my hard drives. I have
them in an arrey "sata" I tried to install the 64 bit drives for the drive
and it doesnt do anything ??
