If you are trying to broadcast a Webcam to the Internet, that will not work
on a cable modem because cable assigns a dynamic IP address to your
computer. Devices are not the problem, it is a problem at your cable
provider's end. If you need webcam broadcast to the Web, you need to use a
service that allows static IPs such as DSL.
