Installing Windows XP over the network

I am trying to deploy Windows XP over the network, this
is what I have done so far:
-I have created a Shared Distribution Point and an
unattended file on the network according to Microsoft
Instructions.
-I have created a network boot disk using Bart Network
Disk http://www.nu2.nu that runs TCP IP and allows me to
connect to the shared drive on the network.
-I have formatted the C: drive in the target computer
with FAT32 standards
-The installation works good when I perform an upgrade
with a machine that is running windows 2000, and when I
use winnt32.exe, however, I want to perform a clean
install.
The problem is that when I boot the machine and it starts
running the command winnt, it starts copying files to the
hard disk, and then after it copies the NTLDR and the
NTKRNL it hangs. When it hangs there is nothing going on
at the bottom of the screen, and the computer just
says: "Please wait while we copy the files to your
computer." I noticed that the hard disk lights were on on
the system, however it took over an hour and nothing
happened.
I know from past experience installing winnt from DOS,
that it tells you all the files that is copying, and this
was not showing me anything after it hung.
