InstallShield Error

Whenever I try to install something on my computer, near the end of the installation process I get an error message saying that there is a problem with InstallShield and that it needs to be shut down. Is there any way for me to download a new version of InstallShield? If not, how do I fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
