insufficient memory to perform this operation

Posted: 09-25-2003, 01:32 PM
Hi Everyone,

I have a client who has a network of 8 PC's & a server.

Server - P4 2.4Ghz, 80Gig HDD, 1 Gig RAM running Windows
2000 server
Standard Edition
Workstations - P4 2.4Ghz, 40Gig HDD, 512MB RAM running
WinXP Pro

The server is used for file & print sharing & has 2 laser
printers attached
to it via Lpt1(samsung ML210)&2(HP Laserjet).

For some reason when any of the clients print attached
jpeg images from
Outlook XP to the Samsung ML1210 laser printer they get a
message stating
that they have insufficiet memory & it refuses to print
(via Photo Editor). Word documents
print out fine. The HP printer is fine printing jpeg &
word documents.

I've tried updating the drivers & setting the printing to
print directly to
the printer as well as changing spool settings but to no
avail.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Rico
