Intel Easy PC Camera CS110

I have an Intel Easy PC USB Camera model CS110 that causes
Windows XP to display a blank screen for 4 minutes each
reboot. This started happaening after I ran Windows Update
and installed the server pack and all patches. I have an
Giga-Byte AMD Viva chip board. I have tried different Bios
settings without any luck. The camera works fine once the
PC finally starts. I also installed the Via 4-in-1
drivers. Again this occured only after the service pack.
Any help would be appreciated.
