Just started happening about a week ago. I can boot my machine log on to my ISP using DSL so have to actually dial-up and everything works great. When I disconnect then go and reconnect I can get logged in ok to Bellsouth's server, but I have no Internet or email. If I reboot everything works ok again. Not sure if it's my modem, XP or my ISP. I did a reinstall of XP Pro after I installed SP2 Beta, it seemed to screw up a few things. So, the install I'm working with now is fairly new. I did update all of the XP security patches, which is when this seemed to start happening. I'm running Sygates firewall program. Thanks for reading.
