Internet explorer needs to close when right click on ANYTHING

hi, wonder if any of you guys could help because this is really stressing me
out. My computer has decided to have "Internet explorer has encountered an
error and needs to close" come up when i right-click on any icon. It will
pause when you close the error and then come up with another similar error
about "dr.watson" ??
anyone had this problem before? i would be very grateful for any help
