Internet pictures saved to Windows Photos

site are somehow saved to my Windows Photo. They aren't
viewable until someone e-mails me a photo. I can then
scroll forward (or backwards) and see pictures that came
from my internet sites. (These other pictures were not
sent in the e-mail). Is there a way to prevent this from
occurring? I have to delete these pictures one by one.
Or is there a way to delete them all at the same time?
